Bemerkungen Nach 1945 kam es zum Rechtsstreit über das Vemögen des Gumpert Adolf.
Auszug The claimant further stated that the Gumpert (Gumpert) family, the Jews were also originated in Berlin. The plaintiffs point out that his uncle was Adolf Gumpert of marriage and that he is the brother of [redacted] who was the plaintiff's father's sister married, [Redacted], née [redacted]. The plaintiffs point out that Adolf Gumpert was born on 3 November 1886 and was married to [redacted], née [redacted]. The plaintiff further indicates that Adolf Gumpert at Ludwigkirchplatz 121 lived and that he died in Minsk, Russia 14 November 1941. The plaintiffs also said that Frieda Gumpert, who was born in 1897, was married to [redacted], another brother of [redacted]. The plaintiffs point out that Frieda Gumpert lived Schonhauser Ralle 62 and they died on 15 Riga August 1942. Finally, the plaintiff stated that Oskar Huppert's mother was a relative of his, [Redacted], née [redacted]. The plaintiffs noted that the family originated Huppert Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad), Prague and Staab (Stod), Czechoslovakia, and Wroclaw, and Berlin.
